I think writing is people's thoughts or facts put into a textual form. To be a writer I think you have to spend a decent amount of time writing and enjoying it most of the time. Someone added to my definition to include people who write for a living and may not enjoy it or do it as a hobby and do not spend that much time doing it which I also agree with. Initially I wrote I only write when it pertains to school but after reading people's definitions I agree that you write in forms of social media as well. Lastly, I think that everyday writing is writing that you do everyday like giving directions to someone, or twitter but I also think it could be writing about things that happen daily and aren't just one huge event.
